Cause

"Recovery, a life worth living"

The VisionQuest Recovery Society is committed to helping individuals heal from the disease of addiction by empowering them to make better lifestyle choices. We bring substance-addicted clients into a comprehensive healing journey, involving mind, body and spirit based on 12-step philosophy. We are especially attuned to the needs of individuals with a history with the courts, and actively cooperate with the relevant authorities to further the interests of both our clients and, by extension, the wider community.

Our three facilities:

VQ The Lake - Logan Lake

Located outside of Logan Lake, BC, It sprawls over 20 acres of land. The Lake is a residential treatment facility complete with recreation facilities (gymnasium, work-out room, and full baseball field and tennis courts). For male clients entering the program, it is a beginning point for the first 6- 9 months of their journey at VisionQuest.

Discovery House

Discovery House, located in Abbotsford, BC, houses male clients in the second and final stages of recovery and integration back into society.

Harte House

Located in Surrey BC, VQ Harte House serves as our women's house for female clients in the First and Second stages of recovery and integration back into society.

As we recover from the many challenges of Covid we find "our road to recovery" is in dire need of a minivan for our Logan Lake facility. Our many clients require transportation to doctor/medical appointments, pick up from facilities for transportation to VisionQuest, food bank run, weekly Cobs bread pick up. The drive includes going from Logan Lake to Merritt and Kamloops on a regular basis. Winter and summer. A reliable vehicle is a must!

We really appreciate your help by purchasing our raffle tickets. You can also make a tax free donation to VisionQuest or if you work for a car dealership, please help us to find a six passenger minivan.
